CAROL MILLER-REPETTO CEO
Frontwoman since 2017. Daring to be different since birth. Rallies and inspires all PG One talent across Publicis Groupe Europe. Carol brings her Australian ‘can-do’ and 20+ years P&G experience, as well as over 35 years of industry experience. Champions up-and-coming talent, inspiring and establishing culture and values. Partners with our Leadership Team to grow our business and talent. Carol established and launched our next generation board; Gen P, is Co-Exec sponsor of Egalite, and is a mentor to many. Alongside PG One, she sits on the Creative Practice Country Leadership Team, and the UK Publicis Groupe Leadership Team. Combines this with being global category head for Haircare.. Prior to PG One’s launch, she fronted all Saatchi & Saatchi P&G teams around the world.
CARLA GOVINDGI-THORNE
Carla has been with PG One since its inception in 2017 and has been a key contributor to shaping our strategy and values as well as leading our DE&I effort. Carla is also the global lead on one of P&G’s flagship brands, Pampers. Her core strength lies in being an entrepreneurial leader, whose industry experience ranges from small “start-ups” to setting up bespoke, scalable global solutions for both UK and multinational clients. She is passionate about helping clients define, articulate and tell impactful Brand stories via integrated, end to end creative solutions that have a positive impact on both business growth and brand reputations.
CHARLIE MARTIN CCO
Award-winning Creative leader with 20+ years’ experience of global and local business, with a proven track record working in start-ups through to global network agencies. In his early career he founded, ran and sold a successful digital agency and pioneered ground-breaking projects with clients including Diesel, Heineken, BBC and C4, producing multi-award-winning work across multiple sectors (Emmys, Webbys, BAFTA etc). He joined the Publicis Groupe with Leo Burnett before moving to PG ONE as a founding member to lead work for P&G brands across Europe.
LEX ROBINSON
Part of PG One from Day One, Lex is a creative strategist with global experience in brand and communication strategy, working with some of the world’s biggest categories. From antiperspirants to diapers, he is adept at navigating complexity. His curiosity about people and culture enables him to find simple truths and insights that open up opportunities for brands, and sparks inspiration for our creatives. Lex is proud to champion diversity and inclusion within PG One and the work we produce.
AMBER O'CONNOR
Global brand communications lead, with 25+ years’ experience working with FMCG and consumer health companies and brands. Founding member of the PG One Europe PR Influence team, Amber is also the MSL P&G EMEA Region lead. As well as strategic oversight, PR planning and execution, and global brand-building, clients look to her strengths in influencer marketing, media relations, and event management. She advises on creativity and problem solving, corporate social responsibility, and social and digital media, as well as providing senior client counsel and team development.
JOHN KINDER
A founding member of PG One, John has 20+ years’ experience of working at the cutting edge, in agencies ranging from start-ups to global networks. He specializes in building innovative marketing models and data-driven solutions for brands, ensuring they have a positive impact at scale. As proof of John’s outstanding track record, PG One was awarded Campaign Agency Team of the Year - Innovation, in only our second year of existence.
SONAL TANNA
Since PG One started life, Sonal has run our Finance life. A long-term asset of Publicis Groupe, with 15 years’ working across the Groupe roster, she brings her own brand of financial rigour, and deep-seated knowledge of P&G, to agency and client alike. A strong commercial partner whose growth mindset underpins and drives our success.
LOUISE PEACOCKE MD
Media leader with over 20 years’ senior client relationship experience. Her early career focused on maximising the digital opportunity for some of the UK’s biggest clients (including P&G and Sky) before moving into broader client leadership roles. She thrives on getting the best from multi-discipline teams, and has won the trust of some of the largest FMCG clients in the world, such as Kraft Heinz, Duracell, and Dr Pepper Snapple Group - not to mention P&G.
CLARE YOUNG
Award-winning solution-finder, with over four decades’ experience under her belt. Has worked on all P&G brands across all their agencies, and on some of P&G’s biggest productions across the globe. No challenge is too big, no budget too small, and Clare’s name is attached to much of P&G’s best work. Builder and leader of our busy, dedicated production department, she nurtures the best producers in the business. PG One team member since Day One.

From relationship management to commercial insight, from strategy to financial accountability, she offers a skillset that gets proven and measurable results. Fluent at running multiple teams, she polished her shopper and promotional expertise at a wide range of marketing agencies before joining forces with PG One in 2021..
NISHA DESAI
Department leader who’s rethinking the HR remit. Talent strategist with a people-first mentality, who promotes and supports family-friendly policies. Recent track record includes creating and launching a Menopause Support Programme, to help break the taboo of talking about menopause symptoms at work. One of a series of boundary-pushing initiatives to enable PG One people to have their best careers, right across Publicis Groupe. CIPD accredited, Nisha has 15+ years’ HR experience across the marketing and healthcare sectors. Partners with our CEO and FD.
CHRISTINA LEMIEUX
Strategic thinker with a global perspective and 20+ years’ expertise in branding and advertising. Founder member of PG One. On her career journey via San Francisco, New York and London, she has mapped profitable pathways for clients ranging from Intel, Jaguar and British Airways to Airbnb, Four Seasons Hotels, GSK and P&G. Leveraging the full power of creativity and technology along the way. Deeply committed to DE&I, Christina has served proudly as Chair of Publicis Groupe UK’s VivaWomen! EAG.
