What you do and how you’d explain it to an 80 year old?
In a nutshell I help to make the adverts on your Television for products that can hopefully be found in your cupboards. Long-from, I work with P&G to translate their brand needs into a creative idea that encourages purchase through an interesting/engaging story (TV) or visual (Printed Advertising) focused on a key selling point, with a team of people with marketing expertise in a range of areas.

Most exciting / rewarding part of your job?
It’s great to see creative you have developed in real-life scenarios and have friends/family members comment on it. The Fairy baby is always a winner!

Your favourite WFH lunch?
Marmite and mozzarella on a toasted ciabatta roll. I was sure I invented it, but you can now buy it at Starbucks. Still waiting for the royalties.

Tip for work / life harmony?
Make sure to plan outside of work activities during the week. Even if it’s just taking time before work to go for a walk by yourself.

If you could be an ambassador for a P&G brand which one would you choose and why?
Would have to stay loyal to the brands I work on, but couldn’t possibly choose between them.

How do you wind down after work?
Weather permitting, I always try to spend time outside throughout the day. Weather not-permitting cooking, reading or binge watching whatever is the latest big TV show.

If you were an animal, what would you be?
I’d be cool to experience being able to fly, so maybe a bird.

What you do and how you’d explain it to an 80 year old?
I’m an Account Manager on the Global Design side of the PR & Communications Team. That means I basically help develop brand communication strategy and content for global markets to use when they have a new product launch or want more people to know/care about the brand.

Most exciting / rewarding part of your job?
I’ve got to work on some important social cause campaigns since I’ve worked at PG One – so seeing campaigns, that can really make a difference, come to life has been super rewarding.

Your favourite WFH lunch?
Fish finger sandwich… unmatched!

Tip for work / life harmony?
Store your laptop/notes etc away as soon as you finish work. Use your lunch breaks not just for a quick eat… go for a walk/run, meet up with a friend for a coffee!

If you could be an ambassador for a P&G brand which one would you choose and why?
Would have to be Braun – not just because they’re my client but because they’re cool.

How do you wind down after work?
Running, drink with friends, sit on the canal with a book.

If you were an animal what would you be?
Iguana – lie and sunbathe whenever I want and then have a dip in the sea.
